Your most recent mortgage statement is the single most useful document, because it shows the balance, the payment and the servicer at once. If there is a second mortgage or an equity line, have that balance too. The process page lists everything we eventually need.

Tell us the end date of the listing agreement. We will not interfere with it — we will make a note and follow up when it ends, as explained on the stalled-listing page.
Say so, and say when. The timeline changes what is possible, and late is much harder than early.
