Effective date: September 16, 2026. This policy explains what Can't Sell My House Las Vegas, operated by Sell My House Pro LLC, does with information you give us through this website or by phone.
We collect what you hand us and very little else. From the contact form: your name, phone number, optional email address and whatever you write in the message field, plus the consent checkboxes you tick. From a phone call to (725) 999-4159: your caller ID, the content of the conversation, and a recording or transcript of that call, which we use to capture the details of your property situation accurately. From the website itself: standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visited.
If you go on to discuss a specific property with us, we will also collect property information — the address, mortgage balance, lender, lien and payoff details, and condition notes.
To respond to you, to evaluate your property and prepare a written offer, and to follow up about that offer. If you ticked the SMS consent box, to text you about your enquiry. If you did not tick it, we do not text you. We also use aggregate log data to understand which pages are useful.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to do what you asked: with the title company and escrow agent if a transaction proceeds; with our own attorney or accountant where a deal requires it; and with the service providers that run our phone system, call handling, email and form processing on our behalf, who are permitted to use it only to provide that service. We will also disclose information where the law requires it, such as a subpoena or court order.
We do not pass your details to other investors or lead buyers. If you have submitted your information to a website that does resell leads, you will know, because your phone will not stop ringing. That is not how we operate.
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Property and contact records are kept in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; we keep what we need and no more.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. You can withdraw consent to calls or texts at any time — reply STOP to a text, or simply tell us on the phone. You can ask to be put on our internal do-not-contact list, and we will honour it. This site may link to outside resources such as county records or consumer-information pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Read their policies before giving them information.
